Superman Heirs Say DC Comics’ Copyright Claims Won’t Fly

  

Law360, Los Angeles (February 05, 2013, 9:58 PM ET) — Following the Ninth Circuit’s ruling that Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. has full rights to the Superman character, the heirs of Superman’s creators asked a California federal judge on Monday to dismiss Warner Bros. subsidiary DC Comics Inc.’s claims that their estate interfered with its copyrights to the character.
